Landscape Photo Gallery

I love being outside, traveling and photography. So not much makes me as happy as having the time & money to combine those things I love and share what I've been fortunate enough to see.

Fine Art Prints

I currently offer fine art prints on Fuji Pearl Archive as well as metal prints. Both are archival and inspected by myself for qualtiy before they are signed. More information on prints.

Another perspective of one of my favorite spots in the Lakes.
The Columbia River Gorge is one of the most spectacular gorges I\'ve had the chance to check out. The options for waterfalls is endless.
Amongst the woods of the Lake District lie lush forests full of ferns and Blue Bells in the spring.
The months of July and August this year were astounding for the color, variety and lushness of the plants and flowers found in the Wasatch mountains.
Trident Lake is rather high up in the Uinta Mountains. The blooming water lilies under delicate clouds at sunset made for a great end of day view.
Located on the Navajo Nation\'s North East corner it can be seen from over 80 miles away. In the midst of a clearing storm the peak cuts quite a dramatic pose.
A landmark in the Columbia River Gorge and a photo that almost never was. I sat in the rain and fog for an hour then left. Drove west saw the weather breaking then drove back just in time.
Shot out at the Great Salt Lake. This was perhaps one of the most amazing sunsets I\'ve ever seen.
This sunset was a truly surreal event to behold. The orange glow of the sky was the most vivid I\'ve ever seen it. Add in the skies reflection off the Great Salt Lake and I couldn\'t have been happier!
It's no wonder people have described the features in Bryce as cityscapes. The multitude of hoodoos take on so many forms.
In the midst of 30+ mph winds and at the tail end of a clearing storm I was able to capture this pano. It took both hands and a foot to keep everything stable in the wind gusts.
I was on my way to California and happened to be driving through the salt flats of Utah\'s west desert at sunset. I pulled off the freeway and just walked out onto the flats until I found this line leading me to the horizon.
Backcountry touring in the Wasatch can lead to some truly pristine and magical places.
Looking south from a campsite around Trident Lake in the Uinta mountains. I loved the way the pines reached to the night time sky.
Akimbo means hands on hips with elbows out. For some reason this is what I see in this secluded stone arch.
I can't count the number of times my family has walked by, lounged around, and spent time watching this waterfall.
Overlooking Stonethwaite valley in the Lake District of England. Featured on Earthshots.org as the photo of the day.
On the way to Grasmere from Keswick in the Lake District, the clouds opened a bit to allow the hills and sheep to catch some sun. I was lucky enough to happen by at just the right time.
Looking west as the sun sets over the Irish Sea on a warm summer evening.
This lone starfish was racing... well, doing what it could to catch up with the receding tide.
Along one of the numerous footpaths in the Lake District area.
Oddly enough this was taken in the heart of winter in the Flaming Gorge.
Outside the village of Glasson Docks a number of old fishing boats have been laid to rest.
