Collection of tree and mountain shots.

A few of the Bristlecone pines in the White mountains have stood for close to 5,000 years. It's hard for me not to be without words in light of what these gnarled beauties have been witness to.
I guess this is a tribute to one of my favorite photographers, Galen Rowell. Moonset over Wheeler Crest.
I thought this tuft of grass beside the Owen's River catching the first golden rays of the day was just too good to pass over.
